Jackson cited a different date of separation, September 30, compared to Turner-Smith's stated date of September 13.
Both Jackson and Turner-Smith cited 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason for their split.
Jackson has requested the court to terminate the ability for either party to pay child support and that they both pay for the attorneys’ fees.
Turner-Smith and Jackson got married in August 2019 and sparked split speculation in September 2022.
