Mourinho was also fined €42,000 for making derogatory and inflammatory comments, including comparing Galatasaray staff's reactions to 'jumping like monkeys.'
The TFF cited Mourinho's remarks as a violation of sports ethics, alleging they promoted violence and disorder among fans.
Mourinho's criticism of Turkish referees has been ongoing, leading the derby to be officiated by Slovenian referee Slavko Vincic.
Galatasaray announced plans to file a formal complaint with UEFA and FIFA, while Fenerbahçe has rejected the accusations against their coach.
