Overview
- Andscape, Campfire Studios and Select Entertainment confirmed on Tuesday that they have begun production on Fair Play: The Jordan Chiles Story.
- Director Trishtan Williams is attached to the project and producers and executive producers from Campfire and Select Entertainment were named in the announcement.
- Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ are slated to stream the feature in fall 2027, positioning the release ahead of the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles.
- The filmmakers say the documentary will offer unprecedented access to Chiles inside and outside the gym as she balances competition, public life and efforts to define her identity.
- The announcement has drawn mixed fan reaction because Chiles is still contesting the Paris 2024 floor exercise medal decision, and the film could shape public views of her Olympic comeback and ongoing legal dispute.
