  • Johnsonville, LLC has voluntarily recalled 22,672 pounds of cheddar bratwurst after receiving two consumer complaints of hard plastic found in the product.
  • The affected sausages were produced on February 5, 2025, and are packaged in 19-ounce trays labeled with code 'B9FOD' and establishment number 'Est. 1647'.
  • The recalled products were distributed to retail stores in Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, and Wisconsin.
  • The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has confirmed no injuries have been reported but advises consumers to discard or return the product.
