John Wick Franchise Expands with Fifth Film, TV Series, and Spinoffs

Lionsgate announced it is developing a fifth John Wick film along with three spinoffs and a TV series.
The fifth John Wick movie will continue to build out the assassin underworld first established in the franchise.
The spinoffs include a film called Ballerina and a prequel TV series called The Continental about the assassin hotel.
The franchise starring Keanu Reeves as the titular assassin has earned over $1 billion at the global box office.
Director Chad Stahelski and Reeves have expressed interest in continuing the story of the legendary assassin John Wick.
