John Pilaccio Arrested in Christmas Day Stabbing of Long Island CVS Employee

Police say the 43-year-old is charged with second-degree murder following the killing of 23-year-old Edeedson Cine.

  • Police said Pilaccio is charged with second-degree murder, is being held at the Third Precinct, and is scheduled to be arraigned Saturday at First District Court in Central Islip.
  • Investigators had identified a person of interest using witness accounts and exterior video while internal store footage from CVS was delayed, then later provided to detectives.
