Overview

• Adams conducts the Orquesta Sinfónica de Minería at Sala Nezahualcóyotl on August 23 and 24 in what organizers describe as his first Mexico appearance.
• The program pairs his 1994 Violin Concerto with Sibelius’s Lemminkäinen’s Return and Stravinsky’s The Firebird.
• Violinist Augustin Hadelich is the featured soloist for the concerto.
