Keery described the day of the rumor as 'confusing', as he was at the studio for his own work and not collaborating with Swift.
Despite the dismissal, Keery did not completely rule out a future collaboration, stating that the experience may have 'generated something in the universe'.
Keery is currently preparing for the final season of 'Stranger Things', set to start filming in 2024.
He hinted that his character, Steve Harrington, may continue to get beaten up in the final season, as has been a recurring theme in the series.
