Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have reached a temporary custody agreement for their two children, 3-year-old Willa and 1-year-old Delphine, amid their ongoing divorce proceedings.
The agreement, reached after a four-day mediation, allows each parent to have the children for two weeks at a time until January.
Turner had previously filed a lawsuit against Jonas for 'wrongful retention' of their children, claiming Jonas had kept their passports and refused to return the children to England as previously agreed.
The lawsuit has now been dismissed following the temporary custody agreement.
Both Jonas and Turner have been spotted with new romantic interests since their divorce filing.
