Overview

• The five-part series, working title Missed Call, is produced by Pernel Media for Channel 5 in association with ITV Studios.
• Set in a French village, it follows single mother Sarah after a late-night missed call from her daughter on a school exchange leads to a disappearance.
• The cast features Claire Keim, Rupert Graves, François-Xavier Demaison and Robert Lindsay alongside Scanlan.
• Matthew Thomas serves as lead writer and co-creator, with Sally Abbott and Paul Matthew Thompson also writing, Sheree Folkson directing and Samuel Kissous executive producing.
• ITV Studios is handling global sales with a pre-sale to France’s TF1, and Channel 5 has not announced a premiere date as this marks its second collaboration with Pernel Media after The Au Pair.
