JNVST Class 6 Registration Closes Today, Two-Day Edit Window to Follow

Applicants get a brief correction period for limited fields before the December and April selection tests.

Overview

  • Applications must be submitted on the official portals at cbseitms.rcil.gov.in/nvs or navodaya.gov.in by the August 27 deadline.
  • After the portal closes, NVS will open a two-day correction window limited to gender, category, rural/urban area, disability, and exam medium.
  • The selection test will be held in two phases at 11:30 am on December 13, 2025 and April 11, 2026.
  • The paper comprises three sections with 80 objective questions carrying 100 marks.
  • Eligibility requires a birth date between May 1, 2014 and July 31, 2016 (both inclusive), and applicants must upload a photo, parent and candidate signatures, and Aadhaar or a residence certificate in JPG format sized 10–100 KB; results are expected by March 2026 for summer-bound JNVs and May 2026 for winter-bound JNVs.
