 - The contest features Left Unity (AISA, SFI, DSF) against ABVP, with NSUI, PSA, DSO, BAPSA and independents also in the fray following a packed presidential debate and the start of the 24-hour campaign silence.
 - Left Unity has fielded Aditi Mishra for president against ABVP’s Vikas Patel and NSUI’s Vikash Bishnoi, with full panels named for vice-president, general secretary and joint secretary on both main slates.
