Overview

• The Holistic Agriculture Development Programme (HADP) aims to build a Rs 100,000 crore sustainable agri-economy in Jammu & Kashmir by 2030.

• Key digital tools launched include AI-based Credit Scheme Advisor, Online DPR Generator, and KS Sathi Output Tracking App to enhance transparency and efficiency.
• Since its launch in April 2023, HADP has achieved milestones like high-quality seed development, 300 Farmer Producer Organizations, and advancements in sericulture.
• The programme is structured into three phases with Rs 1000 crore already invested in research and innovation to address systemic challenges in the agricultural sector.
