• The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has formally reinstated the November exam session for classes 10–12 in Kashmir, Jammu's winter zones, and Ladakh for the 2024–25 academic year.
• The Director Academics of JKBOSE issued the official notification on May 21, 2025, reversing the 2022 suspension of the traditional winter exam cycle.
• For Jammu's summer zones, the academic session will follow a March–April exam schedule starting from the 2025–26 academic year.
• Results for the October–November exams in winter regions will be declared in January of the following year, while March–April results for summer zones will be released in May.
