Overview

• On July 13, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha fulfilled his promise by handing appointment letters to the next of kin of 40 terror victims in Baramulla District helplines have been set up across Jammu and Kashmir to register grievances from families whose cases date back to the 1990s
