- TRICON Garage announced Jan. 8 that Johnson will drive its No. 1 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro in the inaugural NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at Naval Base Coronado on Friday, June 19, 2026.
- The appearance will be Johnson’s first Truck Series start since 2008 at Bristol Motor Speedway, where he led laps before a crash ended his race.
- Carvana will be the primary sponsor on Johnson’s Truck entry and will also sponsor his LEGACY Motor Club No. 84 in the Cup race the same weekend.
