Maury Gallagher, a co-founder of Legacy Motor Club, has stepped back from daily operations and will now serve as an ambassador alongside Richard Petty.
Johnson plans to compete in the 2025 Daytona 500 and Coca-Cola 600 while focusing on improving the team’s performance in NASCAR.
Legacy Motor Club is also exploring expansion into other motorsport disciplines, including endurance racing and the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.
The restructuring aims to strengthen Legacy Motor Club’s competitiveness in NASCAR and expand its presence in global motorsports.
