• A warning light prompted one Osprey to make a precautionary landing at the Kita-Tokushima Detachment, where inspections cleared it to resume its journey
• Saga City government has demanded faster information sharing and stricter safety measures following the precautionary landing
• The Defense Ministry plans to complete relocation of all 17 Ospreys by mid-August under its Southwest defense strategy
