Overview
- From June 23 to 27 the tour bus will visit schools in Brandenburg an der Havel, Fürstenwalde and Eichwalde to engage students in grades 7–12.
- Three trained educators will guide students through exhibition cases, explanatory panels and tablet-based materials.
- The program offers a fresh perspective on German history and Jewish culture for pupils unable to travel to Berlin.
- Museum director Hetty Berg described the initiative as vital in light of increased antisemitic sentiment following the Hamas attack on Israel and the Gaza war.
- Since its launch in June 2007 the mobile exhibition has reached over 3,200 school classes and more than 81,300 students across all 16 German states.
