Overview
- Five weekly Avalon–Denpasar flights begin on March 23, 2026 using Jetstar’s A321LR aircraft, restoring international services at Avalon for the first time since 2020.
- Jetstar will resume Avalon–Adelaide on March 26, 2026 with up to seven weekly flights and will add up to five extra weekly services to Brisbane.
- The expansion adds about 320,000 to 330,000 low‑fare seats each year, including roughly 120,000 seats on the new Bali route.
- Avalon will invest at least A$31 million in upgrades to support the growth, with the airport estimating an initial increase of around 80 to 100 jobs.
