Overview

  • The policy applies to new bookings made from August 22, 2025, and the child must be under two at the time of travel.
  • Free travel now covers both Jet2holidays packages and Jet2.com seat-only flights on routes across Europe, the Canary Islands and the Mediterranean.
  • Jet2 has removed excess baggage fees for infant equipment and permits up to two hold items per child under two, alongside an extra 10kg allowance.
  • The 10kg limit no longer applies to those items, but each piece must weigh no more than 32kg, with standard excess charges for any additional items or weight.
  • UK outlets report Jet2 is currently the only UK airline not charging for under-twos, underscoring its bid to attract families.
