Overview
- Jet2, which announced the expansion Thursday, put Summer 2027 Jersey flights and holidays on sale with a longer operating season.
- Birmingham gains three weekly flights from May 2 to October 10, 2027, Bristol gets two weekly from May 14 to October 11, and Manchester adds three weekly through October 31.
- The programme now spans six UK airports with up to 15 weekly peak flights and almost 120,000 seats, a capacity increase of more than 140% versus Summer 2026.
- Customers can book flight-only with Jet2.com or ATOL-protected packages with Jet2holidays, and Jet2 has removed surcharge provisions so booked prices will not rise later.
- Ports of Jersey and Visit Jersey welcomed the added capacity and longer season, saying it will improve connectivity and support local businesses through the shoulder months.
