• Jessica Lange will star in the new Paula Vogel play "Mother Play" on Broadway.
• "Mother Play" is about a strong-willed mother raising two children in the 1960s.
• Jim Parsons and Celia Keenan-Bolger will co-star as the son and daughter.
• Vogel won a Pulitzer Prize in 1998 for "How I Learned to Drive."
• The play will be directed by Tina Landau and open at the Helen Hayes Theater in April 2023.
