  • Adler died Saturday in New York, his family announced, with the Riverside Memorial Chapel confirming the death and no cause disclosed.
  • He became widely known for portraying Herman “Hesh” Rabkin on HBO’s The Sopranos, with additional recurring roles on The Good Wife, The Good Fight, Rescue Me and Mad About You.
  • Before acting on camera, he logged more than 50 Broadway credits behind the scenes as a stage manager, production supervisor and director, including the original 1956 My Fair Lady.
