Overview
- Dupri dropped the Magic City soundtrack on Sept. 12 to coincide with the finale of the five-part STARZ series Magic City: An American Fantasy.
- The album spans 15 tracks and features Atlanta mainstays including Quavo, 2 Chainz, T.I., Ludacris, Killer Mike, Rich Homie Quan, Bow Wow, Travis Porter, Jagged Edge, Young Dro and Lil Jon.
- The soundtrack accompanies the docuseries, which premiered Aug. 15 and is now streaming in full on STARZ after its concluding episode on Sept. 12.
- Executive production is led by Jermaine Dupri with Drake’s DreamCrew Entertainment also on board, and the series includes appearances from Drake and Big Boi.
- Pre-release singles “Turn Around” and “Magic City Money” previewed the project’s club-driven sound and underscore Magic City’s reputation as a launchpad for Atlanta records.
