Jeremy Renner, known for his role as Hawkeye in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, has returned to the Paramount+ drama series ‘Mayor of Kingstown’ after a year-long recovery from a near-death encounter involving a snow plow.
The accident, which occurred at Renner’s Nevada residence, left him with over 30 bone fractures and required numerous surgeries and therapy sessions.
Renner has been channeling his experiences into music, with the upcoming EP ‘Love and Titanium,’ which he views as therapeutic and a testament to his resilience.
Renner admitted to feeling nervous about returning to work, but expressed hope that he can successfully resume his role for the production and fans.
Production has begun on the third season of 'Mayor of Kingstown,' a series that follows the McLusky family in a town where incarceration is the predominant industry.
