The pair were first seen together at a Los Angeles farmers' market in October, and were recently spotted taking a smoke break together in West Hollywood.
White is currently navigating a divorce from his estranged wife, Addison Timlin, with whom he shares two daughters.
Rosalía was previously engaged to musician Rauw Alejandro, but they ended their relationship in July.
Representatives for both White and Rosalía have not yet responded to requests for comment.
