Stoltenberg emphasized his commitment to peace and dialogue, aiming to enhance the MSC's role in conflict prevention and international cooperation.
Wolfgang Ischinger, President of the MSC Foundation Council, praised Stoltenberg's experience and global reputation, foreseeing a strengthened international presence for the conference.
