Overview
- Titled Tufat al-Muminat, the programme is set to run 40‑minute live sessions daily from November 8 with online registration.
- Classes will be conducted by Masood Azhar’s sisters Sadiya and Samaira Azhar, with leadership roles also reported for Safia Azhar and Afreera Farooq.
- The course is tied to JeM’s newly announced women’s wing, Jamat ul‑Muminat, following an October 19 mobilising event in Rawalkot after its October 8 unveiling.
- Recruitment is reportedly focused on commanders’ wives and economically vulnerable women at JeM centres in Bahawalpur, Karachi, Muzaffarabad, Kotli, Haripur and Mansehra.
- Participants are asked to pay a PKR/₹500 “donation” and submit personal details, raising fresh concerns over terror financing and FATF compliance as women are integrated for logistics, propaganda and potentially operational roles.
