Jelly Roll previously appeared on 'American Idol' as a guest mentor and performer during Season 22 at Disney's Aulani Resort in Hawaii.
Season 23 will also see Carrie Underwood join the judges' panel, replacing Katy Perry alongside Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan.
'American Idol' Season 23 premieres on March 9, 2025, with a special preview airing March 2 after the Oscars on ABC.
