Jeffrey Epstein threatened to expose Bill Gates’ affair in a failed blackmail attempt

Epstein discovered Gates' affair with a 20-something Russian bridge player around 2010.
Epstein paid for the woman to attend coding classes in 2017 and then demanded Gates reimburse him.
When Gates refused, Epstein threatened to reveal the affair to damage Gates’ reputation if he didn’t maintain a relationship with Epstein.
Gates had met with Epstein starting in 2011 in hopes of raising funds for global health initiatives, despite Epstein’s conviction as a sex offender.
Epstein died by suicide in jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges involving the abuse of young girls.
