Overview
- Online applications for Session 1 are live at jeemain.nta.nic.in through November 27, 2025, with fee payment due the same day.
- Session 1 will run January 21–30, 2026, with exam-city information expected in the first week of January and admit cards released a few days before each test date.
- NTA says Session 2 will be held in April 2026, though outlets differ on exact dates; a separate registration window will open later.
- NTA corrected its bulletin to state that calculators are not permitted in JEE Main 2026, after an earlier reference to an onscreen tool was identified as a typographic error.
