Overview
- The new pubs—Walham Green in Fulham, The Dictum of Kenilworth, The Sun Wharf in London Bridge, The Sir Alexander Fleming in Paddington, Sigered, King of Essex in Basildon, and The Chiltern in Beaconsfield—are set to open between July and December 2025.
- Four of the six branches will include dedicated outdoor beer gardens to enhance alfresco drinking and dining experiences.
- Several venues will occupy converted heritage buildings, such as a former 1920s cinema in Beaconsfield, the old Fulham Broadway tube station entrance, and the former London Dungeon in London Bridge.
- This expansion follows 2024 closures of underperforming pubs and builds on earlier 2025 openings in Marlow, London Waterloo Station, and on the Isle of Man.
- Wetherspoon is deepening its partnership with Haven Holidays by extending on-park pub offerings after launches at Primrose Valley and Devon Cliffs.
