Jay-Z's Legacy Celebrated with 'The Book of HOV' Coffee Table Release

The 432-page book, inspired by last year's Brooklyn Public Library exhibit, chronicles the rap icon's career and cultural impact.

The Book of HOV, published by Assouline, is set to release on December 4, 2024, coinciding with Jay-Z's 55th birthday.
The book expands on the 2023 Brooklyn Public Library exhibit, which attracted over 600,000 visitors, offering a permanent tribute to Jay-Z's life and work.
Spanning 432 pages, the book includes nearly 700 images, rare artifacts, essays, and chapter titles inspired by Jay-Z's lyrics.
Highlights include memorabilia such as the guitar from his historic Glastonbury performance, his Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction, and Daniel Arsham's 'HOV Hands' sculpture.
Available in three editions, ranging from $120 to $2,000, a portion of proceeds from the special limited edition will benefit the Brooklyn Public Library.
