Jasmyne Spencer's Goal Lifts Vancouver Rise to 1-0 Victory Over Halifax Tides

The Rise was greater than the Tides in the inaugural cross-coast battle in the Norther Super League. Defender Jasmyne Spencer scored in the 53rd minute on Monday night to lift the Vancouver Rise to a 1-0 victory over the visiting Halifax Tides at Swangard Stadium.
