Jasmina Tinjić Receives Six-Year Ban for Match-Fixing Violations

The former Bosnian tennis player admitted to multiple breaches of the Tennis Anti-Corruption Program from 2017 to 2018.

Tinjić's suspension is backdated to May 18, 2022, and will end on May 17, 2028.
The ITIA's ruling followed a separate four-and-a-half-year ban imposed by the Swedish Tennis Federation.
Violations included match-fixing, facilitating betting, and receiving money for underperformance.
Tinjić did not contest the charges and has also been fined $20,000, with $18,000 suspended.
She is prohibited from participating in any tennis-related activities during her suspension.
