Jared Leto Cast as Skeletor in Upcoming 'Masters of the Universe' Film

The live-action adaptation of the iconic franchise, directed by Travis Knight, is set for release in June 2026 with a star-studded cast.

Jared Leto will play Skeletor, He-Man's arch-nemesis, in the live-action 'Masters of the Universe' movie produced by Amazon MGM and Mattel Films.
Nicholas Galitzine leads the cast as He-Man, joined by Alison Brie as Evil-Lyn, Idris Elba as Man-at-Arms, and Camila Mendes as Teela.
Sam C. Wilson, Kojo Attah, and Hafthor Bjornsson have been cast as Skeletor's henchmen Trap Jaw, Tri-Klops, and Goat Man, respectively.
The film will be directed by Travis Knight, known for 'Kubo and the Two Strings' and 'Bumblebee,' with a script by Chris Butler.
