• The Medical Facility Dynamic Survey for end‑October 2025 reports a net decrease of three hospital facilities and a reduction of 1,545 hospital beds.
• General clinics increased by 127 facilities with a concurrent drop of 204 beds, and dental clinics decreased by 26 facilities with no change in bed totals.
