Jan. 6 rioter sentenced to over 4 years for assaulting officer, stealing badge and radio

Sibick stole Fanone's badge and radio during the attack, later returning the badge but not the radio.
Fanone suffered significant injuries during the assault, including a heart attack and traumatic brain injury.
Sibick expressed remorse in a letter to the judge but still received a multi-year prison sentence.
Other rioters involved in the assault on Fanone have also been convicted and sentenced.
