Catchpole and Morrison share two daughters, aged 15 and 5.
Catchpole was the owner of a café called the Cotswold Sandwich Box and had undergone a kidney transplant a year ago.
Morrison and Catchpole had been together for around two decades, having met when Catchpole moved in as a lodger in Morrison's mother's house.
