James Holzhauer Wins First 'Jeopardy! Masters' Tournament, Takes Home $500,000

James Holzhauer won the Jeopardy! Masters final and took home $500,000 and the Trebek Trophy.
Mattea Roach came in second and won $250,000, while Matt Amodio came in third and won $150,000.
All three finalists will have the opportunity to return to the competition for next year’s show.
Mattea Roach dedicated their run on the show to their father, who passed away suddenly from a brain aneurysm while they were competing.
Fourth-place finisher Andrew He welcomed a son during the tournament.
