James Gunn's 'Creature Commandos' Debuts Violent Animated Series Trailer

The first entry in the new DC Universe, 'Creature Commandos' features a team of monstrous antiheroes led by Rick Flag Sr. and premieres on Max December 5.

The series introduces a team of incarcerated monsters on missions too dangerous for humans, led by Rick Flag Sr., voiced by Frank Grillo.
Viola Davis reprises her role as Amanda Waller, who recruits the team after being barred from using human prisoners.
The voice cast includes David Harbour as Frankenstein, Alan Tudyk as Dr. Phosphorus, and Indira Varma as The Bride, among others.
Executive produced and written by James Gunn, the series sets a darker, more adult tone distinct from previous DC projects.
'Creature Commandos' will release weekly episodes on Max, marking the beginning of Gunn and Peter Safran's rebooted DC Universe.
