• The state prosecutor’s office said the seven located alive include artist Frany Arteaga, lawyer Gustavo Torres Reyes, ex-candidate Rodrigo Vázquez Coutiño, motorcyclist Abraham Emmanuel Pacheco Partida, and Héctor Manuel Valdivia Martínez, José Manuel Arredondo Roldán and Gary Omar Silva González.
• Three people were taken from the Casa Natalia gallery on August 27 and a motorcyclist acquaintance disappeared on August 30, with all now reported safe with their families.
• Another three men were kidnapped near the prosecutor’s facilities on August 23 shortly after one had been released from questioning, and relatives reported their return without serious injuries.
