- The event will take place at the Estadio Panamericano Charros de Jalisco with doors opening at 08:00, the official protocol at 09:00, the weighing at 13:15 and distribution to the public at 14:00.
- More than 800 people, including gastronomy students, producers, volunteers and specialists, will prepare the guacamole while following Guinness World Records guidelines for validation.
- Entry is free and the day will include family activities such as a children’s farm, musical performances and culinary demonstrations.
- Local producers from the Sabores del Campo program will display regional foods such as cajeta de Sayula, chile Yahualica, honey products and queso Cotija.
- Authorities will run a coordinated security and medical operation with Protección Civil on site and organizers say final success depends on post‑event verification by Guinness World Records.
