This marks only the 15th sub-60 round in PGA Tour history and the first ever at PGA National, a course known for its challenging conditions.
Knapp leads the tournament by four strokes going into the second round, ahead of Daniel Berger, Russell Henley, and Sami Valimaki, who each shot 63.
