- Riverside County Judge Gary Polk ordered seven years and two months for probation and related offenses to be served before a consecutive 25-years-to-life term for child abuse resulting in death.
 - On Oct. 16, Haro pleaded guilty to second-degree murder, assault on a child under 8 causing death, and filing a false police report.
 - Authorities have not recovered Emmanuel’s remains, which investigators believe were left after the child suffered sustained abuse.
