Jaguars Propose $2 Billion Renovation of TIAA Bank Field

Jacksonville and the Jaguars are working together on plans to renovate the stadium.
The proposed renovations include covered seating, expanded capacity, and improvements to the surrounding area like a park and university campus.
The renovations are estimated to cost between $875 million to over $2 billion, split evenly between the city and team.
Renovations would begin in 2025 and be completed in 2028 if approvals are in place by 2024.
The goal of the project is to help revitalize downtown Jacksonville, especially disadvantaged neighborhoods.
