An inclusive COA‑Copar festival runs Sept. 9–14 across Rosario, Santa Fe, Rafaela.

Overview

  • The opening ceremony took place Tuesday night at the Fan Fest on Bulevar Oroño with a parade of delegations and a laser show, restricted to athletes, officials and authorities.
  • Competitions are underway across 55 disciplines with delegations from all 24 provinces and events split among venues in Rosario, Santa Fe’s Laguna Setúbal and Rafaela.
  • Chess delivered the first medals, with María José Campos winning the IRT Blitz femenino and Roberto Servat taking the IRT Blitz masculino, as rowing also held early finals in Santa Fe.
  • Archery crowned mixed-team champions in Rosario, including the recurvo duo of Damián Jajarabilla and Saravia González for Buenos Aires and Buenos Aires winners in compuesto mixto.
  • Mendoza opted not to send an official delegation, citing budget limits and the lack of Olympic‑cycle ranking points, though some athletes from the province are competing independently.
