Jacksonville Jaguars and City Approve $1.4 Billion Stadium Renovation

The extensive project includes a 30-year lease, ensuring the team's long-term stay and transforming EverBank Stadium into a state-of-the-art facility.

Both the Jaguars and the city will each contribute $625 million to the renovation project.
An additional $150 million will be allocated by the city to prepare the stadium for construction starting in 2026.
The stadium will feature a translucent covering, expanded concourse space, and enhanced amenities.
The proposal includes a non-relocation agreement and a commitment to play one game annually in London.
Approval is still required from both the Jacksonville City Council and NFL owners.
