• Pennsylvania State Police say 24-year-old Dylan Don Lang is accused of killing 55-year-old Robert Edward Hagen Jr. outside Lang’s home.
• Troopers report Hagen sat in a pickup with a woman when Lang allegedly smashed the rear driver-side window and fired.
• The shooting was reported around 3:45 a.m. on the 100 block of Heritage Lane in Cambria County.
• Investigators recovered a 9mm handgun from the residence and two 9mm shell casings from the driveway.
• Lang was arraigned Saturday night and is being held without bail, with state and local agencies continuing the investigation.
